Dancehall musician Karole Kasita has opened up about a past relationship experience that left many social media users stunned, after she revealed that an ex-lover broke up with her in an unusually generous way.

Speaking during a one-on-one interview with a local YouTuber, the Chekecha singer narrated how the relationship ended abruptly when her then-partner told her they could no longer move forward together.

However, what followed surprised even her.

“He woke up one day and told me we were done. Then he told me to go to the parking lot and choose any car I wanted,” Kasita revealed.

According to the singer, the man went further and asked her to either return to her mother’s home or select an apartment of her choice and share the cost with him. She said he fully furnished the apartment and deposited money onto her account.

Kasita explained that the gesture is one of the reasons many people around her never realized she was dealing with heartbreak at the time.

“That’s why people never knew I was going through a breakup. I honestly don’t know why he did all that, and I probably will never know,” she said.
