Dancehall star Ziza Bafana has weighed in on the growing tension between fellow artists Alien Skin and Yung Mulo, urging them to focus on growth rather than conflict.

Speaking to Galaxy TV, Ziza Bafana said he strongly opposes physical fights among artists. “I completely disagree with having physical fights,” he noted. “But if it’s in the studio, battling through music? That’s healthy — and that’s exactly what should happen.”

He called on artists to avoid physical confrontations, stressing that management teams play a crucial role in guiding them toward professionalism and constructive competition.

“There are actions that could destroy my brand, affect endorsements, and even harm my personality — that’s why I don’t engage in violence. That’s not how I was raised,” he explained.

Ziza Bafana also highlighted the wider risks of physical altercations. Beyond tarnishing reputations, fights can lead to financial losses if someone gets hurt. They also put lives at risk, including fans who often take sides and trade insults online.

The dancehall star emphasized that the industry has outgrown the era of physical clashes. “Artists should channel their rivalries into music, not violence,” he said, encouraging musicians to let their creativity, not their fists, settle scores.
