Mamideb has shared her perspective on criticism, noting that most of the negativity she encounters exists only online rather than in real life.

She explained that while scrolling through her social media pages, she often comes across a few negative comments among many positive ones, but those tend to stand out and linger in her mind.

“Sometimes when scrolling through 100 comments, I will find about 3 of them negatively talking about me and I’m forced to keep thinking about it,” she said.

Despite this, Mamideb emphasized that her real-life experiences are completely different.

According to her, people who meet her in person rarely express negativity, which has shaped how she views online criticism.

“I have never received any negative comment when people meet me face to face. This makes me believe that I don’t really have real life haters—the haters are online,” she added.
