  • Pallaso says neither he nor King Saha needs mediation from the Katikkiro of Buganda or any other influential figure.
  • He insists that King Saha is his brother and that the media and fans are exaggerating their disagreement.
  • Pallaso says he was not involved in the recent altercation and maintains there is no bad blood between him and King Saha despite being hurt by allegations made against him.

Musician Pallaso has dismissed calls from some fans and commentators who believe he and fellow singer King Saha need intervention from influential figures such as the Katikkiro of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga to resolve their differences.

Speaking about the matter, Pallaso insisted that there is no serious conflict between him and King Saha that warrants mediation.

According to the singer, the public perception of a deep-seated feud has largely been created by fans and sections of the media.

“We don’t even need the Katikkiro to be involved. King Saha is my brother and I have no issues whatsoever,” Pallaso said.

The singer explained that despite recent incidents that have fueled speculation about tensions between the two artists, he does not harbor any resentment towards King Saha.

Pallaso noted that many people have exaggerated the situation, creating an impression that is far from reality.

Addressing allegations surrounding a recent altercation in which it was claimed that members of his team attacked King Saha, Pallaso maintained that he was not involved in any attack. Instead, he argued that available evidence showed he was the one who suffered during the incident.

“You saw the proof that I wasn’t even involved. I was actually the one who was attacked,” he said.

However, Pallaso admitted that one aspect of the saga disappointed him. He expressed hurt over what he described as false accusations made against him by King Saha, saying the claims tarnished his name.

Despite this, the singer emphasized that he has moved on from the matter and does not hold any grudges against his fellow musician.

He further stressed that there is nothing left to resolve between them, dismissing suggestions that they should sit down for reconciliation talks facilitated by cultural or political leaders.

“If you want to sort anything, start with Museveni and Besigye,” Pallaso remarked, suggesting that there are far bigger disputes in the country that require mediation.
