After months of anticipation, Joshua Baraka has officially released his first solo single of the year, What Do I Know?, now available on all major streaming platforms.

The deeply reflective track offers fans a glimpse into Baraka’s personal and artistic journey as he navigates success, ambition, and self-discovery. Blending soulful melodies with heartfelt lyrics, What Do I Know? explores the emotional highs and lows that often come with chasing dreams while living under the spotlight.

At the heart of the song is a message about vulnerability and uncertainty. Rather than presenting himself as someone with all the answers, Baraka embraces the unknown through the recurring question, “What do I know?” He reminds listeners that every path is filled with uncertainty and that success often comes with unseen mental and emotional challenges.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the record, Baraka said the song reflects his current mindset.

“It’s about taking risks without guarantees. When people ask, ‘What do you know about it?’ before you start something new, the truth is none of us really knows how things will turn out. The song is me processing that uncertainty while choosing to keep moving forward.”
