Media personality and influencer DJ Alisha has decried what she describes as a shortage of suitable men in Kampala, questioning where the city’s men have disappeared to despite her frequent outings and appearances at entertainment events.

While appearing on the Let It Play Loud show hosted by Prim Asiimwe, Alisha was asked about her experiences with men, particularly given her active social life and regular appearances at gigs.
Responding, the female DJ wondered why she hardly comes across men she considers suitable, despite being out almost every night.
“Where are the men? Have you seen any? We’ve been driving. Have you seen any man? You are at gigs every night. Are you saying there’s no men out there?” she wondered.

Alisha went on to suggest that Kampala was running short of eligible bachelors, jokingly calling on men to make themselves available if they believed they had what it takes.
“There are no men in Kampala, man. Oh, if so, where are they hiding? Please, guys, if you see this video, make yourself available, because I’m not seeing any suitable men,” she said.
The conversation also took a playful turn when Prim Asiimwe appeared to suggest that, unlike Alisha, she had at least been associated with car-related dating rumours.
Alisha is among the female DJs and media personalities whose fashion, beauty and lifestyle frequently attract attention, with her public persona occasionally sparking conversations and controversy on social media.
Her remarks have since added another interesting twist to the ongoing conversations about dating, relationships and the challenges of finding compatible partners in Kampala’s entertainment circles.
