Musician A Pass has come out strongly to condemn people who celebrated the recent raid and alleged assault on Barbie Kyagulanyi, calling their reactions insensitive and cruel.

According to reports, Barbie was left half-naked and visibly shaken after the incident—an experience that A Pass says should never be treated lightly.
Speaking on the matter, A Pass questioned how anyone could find joy in another person’s trauma. He reminded critics that such violence is not selective and could easily happen to any woman—whether a mother, sister, wife, or friend.
“Some of you were very happy about it,” he said, “but if it were someone close to you, you’d even fight. When it’s someone you know, that’s when you truly understand how painful it is to see them treated in such an inhumane way.”

A Pass also took aim at those dismissing Barbie’s account as exaggerated or false. He stressed that no one else was present during the raid or the alleged assault, and therefore no one has the right to invalidate her experience.
“None of you were there when she was raided or assaulted,” he pointed out, urging the public to show empathy and respect her story instead of tearing it down.
