  • Sama Sojah says his wedding would be a private affair for family and close friends.
  • The singer says he would only choose about two or three friends to escort him.
  • He believes weddings are too personal to invite everyone from the entertainment industry and fan base.

Sama Sojah has revealed that he would keep his wedding a very intimate affair, saying he would not invite fellow artists or fans because, to him, a wedding is a deeply personal moment meant for close family and friends.

The singer shared his thoughts during a recent interview on Galaxy TV, where he explained that if he ever gets married, he would prefer to have only a small circle of people around him on the big day.

“A wedding is so personal. Even if I did one, I wouldn’t invite artists or fans to it because it is meant for my family and I,” he explained.

Sama added that he would only choose about two or three of his closest friends to escort him, emphasizing that he does not believe everyone needs to be part of such a significant personal occasion.

He also spoke about how people sometimes make assumptions about invitations to events, using press conferences as an example. He narrated an incident where an artist got upset with him for failing to attend his press conference, yet according to Sama, he had never been invited in the first place.

“I told him I am not the press, and if he had invited me I would’ve been there for him,” he said.

According to him, the same principle applies to weddings because of how personal the ceremony can become for the couple and their closest people.

He explained that a wedding involves sharing intimate details with those closest to you, from deciding what you will wear and eat to being involved in other personal aspects of the ceremony.

“They choose what you’ll wear, eat and everything. So you don’t have to bring everyone,” he said.

The artist emphasized that his guest list would ultimately depend on the people he has a close relationship with, rather than simply inviting everyone within the entertainment industry or his wider fan base.

For him, keeping the occasion small would allow him to share the moment with the people who genuinely have a close connection to his life.
