Local rapper Fik Fameica has boldly backed Arsenal to win both the UEFA Champions League and the Premier League this season, saying he believes this could finally be the year the North London club ends its trophy drought.

Speaking during an appearance on Sanyuka TV, the Kutama singer opened up about one of his biggest passions outside music — football. A devoted Arsenal supporter, Fik Fameica said he is fully convinced that Mikel Arteta’s side has what it takes to lift Europe’s biggest prize for the first time in the club’s history.
His prediction came ahead of Arsenal’s Champions League semi-final second-leg clash against Sporting Lisbon, where he had confidently tipped the Gunners to win by more than three goals.
“I’m very sure Arsenal is winning the Champions League this season. We shall also win the Premier League.”

That bold scoreline prediction did not come to pass, as the match ended in a goalless draw. However, Arsenal still booked their place in the semi-finals thanks to Kai Havertz’s first-leg goal, which proved enough to send them through on aggregate.
The Gunners will now face Atlético Madrid over two legs, with a place in the final in Budapest at stake.
On a lighter note, the rapper joked that he even talks to the Arsenal players, adding that te club has tried to sign him, but he is simply too busy running his own errands.
Meanwhile in the league, Arsenal are also in strong control of the title race. Arteta’s men currently lead the Premier League table by six points, with a potential title-defining showdown against Manchester City coming up on Sunday.
Like many Arsenal fans across the world, Fik Fameica believes this could be the season the club finally delivers a memorable double and restores its dominance at the top level.
