• Feud Escalates: King Saha blasted Mubarak Munyagwa, questioning his education and dismissing his 31,000 presidential votes.
  • Political Jabs: Saha labeled Munyagwa a political failure and challenged his achievements outside politics.
  • Other Remarks: He spoke about Bobi Wine’s security situation and promoted new music from Winnie Wa Mummy.

The war of words between musician King Saha and politician Mubarak Munyagwa shows no signs of cooling down, with the singer launching a fresh and scathing attack on the former Kawempe South MP.

This follows Munyagwa’s earlier remarks in which he branded the Zakayo hitmaker “illiterate” and a school dropout — comments that appear to have deeply irked the Leone Island-affiliated artist.

In his response, King Saha dismissed Munyagwa’s criticism and instead questioned the politician’s own academic credentials. He wondered aloud where Munyagwa studied, arguing that his education record does not reflect the stature he tries to portray in national leadership.

“How can a presidential candidate who garners only 31,000 votes in an entire country brag about education? Where exactly did he study from?” Saha asked.

Saha described Munyagwa’s education as a “farce,” insisting that his remarks were not personal attacks but advice directed at a fellow national stakeholder who has shown interest in leading the country.

“I have no problem with Munyagwa. I’m only reminding him not to place himself in a category he doesn’t deserve or is nowhere near,” he added.

Using a local proverb, the singer likened his criticism to a fly that lands on a wound out of concern — to signal that treatment is needed.

Saha further took aim at Munyagwa’s political track record, pointing to his loss in Kawempe and his performance on the national stage as proof of incompetence. He even claimed that the 31,000 presidential votes Munyagwa received were “donated” by the Electoral Commission.

The singer mocked the politician’s grassroots support, joking that Munyagwa could not even secure votes from his own family.

Beyond politics, Saha challenged Munyagwa to name any professional achievement outside political life, arguing that he has not excelled in any other field — apart from, he humorously noted, “physical size.”

Saha also claimed that residents in Munyagwa’s home area of Kitagwenda have invited him to perform, allegedly to “appreciate” him for disciplining their son, whom they described as big-headed.

Shifting from the feud, Saha spoke about his preferred presidential candidate and National Unity Platform president Bobi Wine. He said the opposition leader is alive but living under difficult security circumstances.

According to Saha, security forces continue to hunt for Bobi Wine despite public claims suggesting otherwise.

The singer concluded by promoting his new artist Winnie Wa Mummy, urging fans to watch and subscribe to her latest song. He added that his 2026 resolution focuses on releasing more music and elevating her career.
