Karole Kasita openly raves about Cindy Sanyu’s raw power and the kind of energy that can shake a room.

Karole, a fully established artist in her own right, recently admitted to being visibly shaken by Cinderalla Sanyu, also known as The King Herself. She describes the dancehall artist as someone so good at what she does that standing beside her can make even a seasoned artist freeze or forget their own lyrics.
She shared a moment from years back when they both had a studio session working on a collaboration. Completely shut down with no confidence and ability to sing or even deliver her part, Karole felt painfully inadequate next to Cindy’s brilliance and couldn’t measure up.
“Cindy pushed me through it, with reassurance that I could do it. She refused to shrink and insisted that we wouldn’t leave the studio until I nailed my verse perfectly, and then she would move on to writing the next part,” recalls Karole Kasita.
