• Luwilight says life at Luzira Prison was manageable after the first few weeks.
  • She denies owning the Facebook page used as evidence in her arrest.
  • The TikToker vows to exclude Bebe Cool and Zuena Kirema from future social media attacks.

TikToker Luwilight real name Nansubuga Aisha is wasting no time reclaiming her space online. Just a day after being released from Luzira Prison, the controversial content creator returned to social media as if she had never left — this time opening up about her month-long stay behind bars on cyber harassment charges.

Speaking shortly after her release, Luwilight said prison life was not as harsh as many people imagined. According to her, the first few weeks were the most difficult, but she eventually adjusted to the environment.

“Luzira wasn’t really bad to me. The first weeks were tough, but later on everything became okay. The only thing I truly missed was my phone,” she said.

Luwilight was arrested following allegations linked to online attacks involving singer Bebe Cool and his wife, Zuena Kirema. However, she maintains she was wrongly charged and insists the Facebook page cited as evidence in her case does not belong to her.

She further claimed that while her prosecution was framed as a lesson to online offenders, others who are close to the complainants have also used vulgar language online without facing consequences.

“If this was about setting an example, they should have started with those close to them who insult people every day. I have never been guilty of the crimes they charged me with,” Luwilight stated.

The TikToker also revealed that she had previously supported Zuena Kirema’s “Cake Business” venture for two years, purchasing birthday messages and promising to provide proof of her transactions.

Despite standing firm that she has nothing to apologize for, Luwilight said she will keep Bebe Cool and Zuena out of her future social media rants. Her swift return to TikTok has, however, surprised many who expected her to take a break after her release.
