Arnold Mubangizi, the actor who portrayed President Museveni in the 27 Guns film, has finally received help from Gen Muhoozi after years of struggle, discrimination, and depression.

Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has called for the immediate removal of all street preachers in Uganda, citing noise and disruption to daily life.

“He is a Gen Z… we shall manage him,” said Gen Salim Saleh in Gulu after EU diplomats raised alarm over Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s threatening tweets. The comments have sparked diplomatic tensions and concerns over Uganda’s image abroad.
