The Uganda Communications Commission has issued a stern warning to social media personalities known as “kojas” and “sengas,” accusing them of spreading vulgar and obscene marital advice online. UCC Executive Director Nyombi Thembo says the commission will summon offenders and could pursue criminal action, while hosts and influencers who provide them with platforms also risk sanctions.
