• Feffe Bussi says he is pleased by the Bebe Cool and Eddy Kenzo fallout linked to NRM campaign politics.
  • He accuses the two stars of bragging about political privilege while ordinary Ugandans suffer.
  • Feffe also addresses his relationship with Fik Fameica, saying a future collaboration is possible but “left to God.”

Local rapper Feffe Bussi has welcomed the public fallout between heavyweight musicians Bebe Cool and Eddy Kenzo, saying he is not surprised by the renewed clash between the two stars.

The rift, which has played out through recent exchanges, is rooted in disagreements surrounding the NRM campaign activities. Bebe Cool and Eddy Kenzo, who had previously fallen out before reconciling a few years ago, appeared to have rebuilt their friendship. However, the political season has once again exposed cracks in their alliance.

Reacting to the situation, Feffe Bussi did not hide his satisfaction. He accused the two musicians of repeatedly bragging about belonging to a so-called “billionaires’ club,” which he claims is closely linked to the NRM and President Yoweri Museveni’s campaign machinery.

“I’m glad the devil’s house has finally caught fire,” Feffe Bussi said. “They have always been boasting about being in the billionaires’ club, yet ordinary Ugandans are suffering under this regime.”

Feffe argued that the fallout is a consequence of the role he believes the two artists have played in supporting the current political establishment, which he alleges has failed many citizens.

Meanwhile, the Mbozzi Ya Gulu rapper also addressed his strained relationship with fellow artist Fik Fameica. The two have been rumored to be at odds, but Feffe revealed that he put differences aside following the recent death of Fik Fameica’s mother.

Feffe Bussi was among the artists who attended the burial, a move that sparked conversation online. Defending his actions, he dismissed any political or musical motives.

“Losing a loved one is something that happens to everyone,” he said, adding that attending the burial was “purely a human thing.”

When asked about the possibility of a future collaboration with Fik Fameica, Feffe remained open but non-committal, saying he would leave it to fate.

“I can’t rule it out, and I can’t promise it,” he noted. “I leave it to God to decide whether it will happen.”
