Ugandan music star Bebe Cool says he has finally forgiven TikToker Luwilight (real name Aisha Nansubuga) after a heated defamation case involving his wife’s business – Zuena Cakes has been on and about.

Luwilight was recently picked up by police following a Facebook post made under her account name that bashed Zuena’s cake business. She has since appeared in court a few times with her latest hearing postponed to February 2nd.

Speaking on a call with media personality, Kasuku, Bebe Cool, explained that he chose to forgive her from a parent’s point of view, adding that he hopes she has learned a lesson from the ordeal.

“I am a family man with children who are grown and have access to social media. Such vulgar and disrespectful things said about my family, my wife, or even myself don’t look good in their eyes and ears,” he said.

Bebe Cool went on to urge the public, especially Tiktokers, bloggers, and media personalities, to exercise respect at all times, warning that careless words can have a lasting impact.
