Celebrated Ugandan music video director Sasha Vybz has opened up about one of his most creative career moments, revealing that he shot Sheebah Karungi’s hit song Nakyuka using only an iPhone during the COVID-19 lockdown. The video went on to become one of Sheebah’s most viewed songs on YouTube.

Speaking about the experience, Sasha Vybz said the shoot happened at the height of movement restrictions when musicians and creatives still had to find ways to survive and keep producing content.
