- Zari Hassan reveals how post-COVID business stress led to serious health challenges
- Doctors diagnosed her with tension headaches caused by emotional and mental strain
- She encourages people to embrace vulnerability, release emotions, and prioritize healing
Zari Hassan, popularly known as Zari The Bosslady, has shared a deeply personal and reflective message encouraging people to embrace vulnerability instead of constantly pretending to be strong.

“Don’t be strong. Break if you have to and come back stronger,” she advised her fans through her social media platforms.
Zari revealed that after the outbreak of COVID-19, her businesses, like many others, were disrupted, forcing her to rebuild from scratch. The pressure and uncertainty took a toll on her health as she began experiencing persistent headaches.
“I did all kinds of checkups and was put on different treatments, tests just to figure out why it never stopped,” she explained, adding that she even underwent CT scans out of fear that it could be something serious like a brain tumor.

However, results from all the tests showed no underlying illness. Doctors later informed her that she was suffering from tension headaches caused by prolonged stress.
“I was constantly thinking about my business, with so much stress and zero sleep,” she admitted, noting that she had overwhelmed herself with nonstop work and worry.
Using her experience, Zari pointed out how many people suppress their emotions while dealing with life’s pressures, which can lead to serious health complications.
She emphasized that avoiding emotional release can sometimes have dangerous consequences.
“We tend not to cry when we have to or even feel pain,” she said, adding that she had made a habit of bottling up her feelings and always telling people she was okay, even when she wasn’t.
This emotional suppression eventually led to frequent hospital visits, forcing her to confront her reality.
“I’m allowed to cry, vent or even weep if I have to,” she said, encouraging others to give themselves the same permission.
Zari concluded by acknowledging that everyone is facing different struggles, and sometimes breaking down is necessary for healing and growth.
According to her, allowing yourself to feel and release emotions can be the first step toward coming back stronger.
