Ugandan singer Naava Grey has opened up about love, marriage, and faith, saying she believes her relationship journey is entirely in God’s hands.

Speaking during an interview on KFM Radio, Naava Grey was asked why she still doesn’t have a ring on her finger. In response, the soulful singer explained that she no longer puts pressure on herself when it comes to marriage because she trusts God’s timing.

“There was a time when I tried to venture into that other side, but I realized that the answer lies with God,” she shared, adding that God’s plans are always the best.

According to the singer, aligning oneself with God eventually makes everything fall into place at the right time. She cautioned people against rushing into relationships and marriage simply because of pressure from society.

“Don’t rush, you’ll fall into the lion’s den,” she joked during the interview.

Naava Grey also reflected on how modern love and relationships have changed over the years. She noted that genuine love has become rare and many people today no longer approach relationships with sincerity.

“People are no longer genuine with their love,” she said.

The singer further criticized couples who forget about spirituality after getting married. She explained that many people seek God’s guidance while searching for partners, but abandon those values once they settle down.

“They leave God in the church and then live a life that’s all about them and make it seem like their partner is their entire life,” she said.

Naava Grey urged couples to maintain the same connection with God even after finding love, emphasizing that faith should remain the foundation of any relationship.
