Gloria Bugie has opened up about why marriage is not yet part of her immediate plans, saying her focus is currently on achieving the dreams she has set for her music career.

Speaking during an appearance on Galaxy TV, the singer explained that she still has major goals she wants to accomplish before settling down.
According to Gloria Bugie, one of the biggest milestones she hopes to achieve is winning a Grammy Award, something she says would instantly change her mindset about marriage.
“I will get married when I win a Grammys award,” she said with confidence, adding that if the achievement came tomorrow, she would be ready to walk down the aisle the very next day.

The singer shared that she currently has two main goals driving her career journey. The first is using her God-given talent to make enough money to improve her life, support her family and positively impact the people around her.
Her second goal is bigger than personal success. Gloria Bugie says she wants to contribute value to the Ugandan music industry by helping elevate it onto the international stage and representing Uganda globally through her music.
She noted that these are dreams she continues to work toward every day, which is why marriage and starting a family can wait for now.
“I still have a lot of time because I’m only 20 years old and making 21 this year. So I want to first fulfill my career goals before I think about marriage and kids,” she stressed.
