Ugandan musician Abdul Mulaasi is calling on well-wishers to invest in his music career, revealing that Shs50 million would give him the push he needs to bring his concert vision to life.

The artist explained that with an investment of about Shs50 million, his first move would be to secure a venue at Serena Hotel Kampala, while he would personally hustle to cover the remaining requirements needed to organize the show.

“If I get 50M, I first book Serena Hotel Kampala,” he said.

The singer added that he expects to seek additional support from companies and individuals to help make the concert a reality.

For him, the goal is not simply to hold a concert but to create a memorable experience for his fans and give them an opportunity to enjoy his music without the limitations that come with performing as a guest at other artists’ shows.

He noted that artists invited to other people’s concerts are often given limited stage time, sometimes performing only a few songs before being pressured to leave the stage.

“They won’t have to see me in other people’s concerts where they give you chance to only two songs and bothering you with time,” he said.
