Musician Anita Da Diva has expressed frustration over delayed payments following her participation in the 2026 National Resistance Movement (NRM) campaigns, appealing to fellow musician Bebe Cool to intervene and help resolve the matter.

In a video shared on her TikTok account, Anita sent a heartfelt message to Bebe Cool, who reportedly acted as a mediator between several artists and the NRM during the campaigns. She explained that the delay has left her in a difficult situation, especially as her father is reportedly battling a painful condition.
“My father is dying, he’s going through a lot of pain,” she said, appealing to Bebe Cool to find it in his heart to help her during this challenging period.
Anita asked the singer to intervene in whatever way he could, explaining that she had deliberately remained silent since the campaigns ended because she understood the possible consequences of publicly speaking out about the delayed payments.

She noted that artists who raise concerns about such issues are often viewed negatively, questioning why speaking up about a genuine problem should make someone appear to be a bad person.
“Whoever speaks up is deemed a bad person, but why? Seriously,” she exclaimed, expressing her sadness over the situation.
Her appeal highlights the frustration she says she has experienced while waiting for payment for her participation in the campaigns, with her father’s condition adding to the urgency of her plea.
Bebe Cool has since responded to Anita, expressing sympathy for the challenges she is facing while reminding her that everyone has their own problems to deal with.
He advised her to keep her phone numbers active and have her contract ready, assuring her that she would receive her payment once the money comes through.
“Sorry about your problems, unfortunately we all do have them, but just keep your contract ready. As soon as we get paid, you will get paid,” Bebe Cool said.
