Apostle Jonathan Nalebo says he has no regrets about ending his marriage to ex-wife Enid Mirembe, revealing that he is now happier and feels freer than he did during their seven-year union.

The city pastor announced the end of his marriage on social media about a year ago, taking full responsibility for the shortcomings that contributed to the relationship’s breakdown.

Speaking in a recent conversation, Nalebo shared that he now enjoys the freedom to live his life without constantly worrying about how people might perceive him.

“I can now go home at 4am. But those days they’d ask where you’re coming from,” he said.

The apostle also revealed that he is now free to take pictures inside his home, something he claims was restricted during his marriage because of concerns about the public seeing where they lived.

He explained that his former wife would discourage him from taking pictures at home, fearing that the images could reveal their residence to the public.

“But right now, I own where I stay,” he said.

Reflecting on his experience, Nalebo urged young people to take their time when making decisions about marriage, warning them against rushing into commitments they may later find difficult to leave.

He cautioned that entering marriage without careful consideration could leave someone feeling trapped in a situation they struggle to escape.
