Zuena, on the other hand, is finalizing her studies at Makerere University (MUK). According to Bebe Cool, her return to school was entirely her own decision, though he acknowledged that public criticism about her education may have played a role.

Over the years, comparisons between her and other artists’ wives have been a talking point—but he says that chapter is now closed as they both prioritize education.

“We made a decision to make success as a priority. So we first want to go look for success and then come back for the rest and complete the equation,” he explained.

Addressing a viral video that showed him in class, Bebe Cool revealed that he is already in his second semester, having quietly enrolled around September last year. He also expressed disappointment at the person who shared the video, calling it inappropriate.

“It was very wrong for them to post that video but this is my second semester and I started school sometime last year in September.” says Bebe Cool.

Despite the buzz, he says the experience has been fulfilling. Interestingly, he noted that some of his lecturers are younger than him—something he finds amusing—but also a reminder that education is a continuous journey regardless of age.
