According to him, creating such music requires a certain level of imagination, but the challenge is knowing how to express those thoughts without making the lyrics overly explicit.
He explained that while in the studio, he allows himself to explore different possibilities when it comes to romance and intimacy, including scenarios that may be both possible and impossible.
However, he said the poetic element of his songwriting is what helps him draw the line and keep the music from becoming vulgar.
“Lines can have so many meanings but people like me will understand exactly what I’m trying to mean, without trying to be vulgar,” he explained.
Kitaka added that he generally aims to deliver a clean message through his music, although he believes listeners with “perverted minds” are often able to pick up on the deeper meanings hidden within his lyrics.
