Kampala could be set for another major transformation following a proposal by businessman and real estate developer Hajji Hassan Bulwadda to redevelop two acres of land at City Square into a modern commercial complex.

According to information provided, President Yoweri Museveni has confirmed receiving Bulwadda’s proposal and directed Kampala Minister Minsa Kabanda to review it. The proposal was subsequently approved.
