Jose Chameleone has come out strongly against, media personality, Josephat Sseguya over allegations the singer says are false, malicious, and damaging to his family.

The controversy stems from claims reportedly shared by Sseguya, a presenter at Bukedde TV, suggesting that Chameleone carried out DNA tests on the five children he shares with his estranged ex wife Daniella Atim and allegedly discovered that one of them was not biologically his. Chameleone has now dismissed the claims in their entirety, saying they are baseless and an invasion of his family’s privacy.

“I don’t know what Josephat Sseguya’s motive is, but what he is saying is false, malicious and unnecessary.”

The Leone Island boss warned that if the allegations continue to be spread, the matter could end up in court, even though he says he would prefer to avoid that route.

“I have children, and they are all mine. People should stop dragging families and children into lies for the sake of chasing news.”

Chameleone, who is a father of six children in total — five of whom he shares with Daniella Atim — also faulted Seguya for what he described as irresponsible reporting and spreading unverified information on such a sensitive family matter.
