Lydia Jazmine has revealed that at this stage in her life, she is not desperate for an introduction ceremony or wedding, noting that such ceremonies are not a priority for her.

The singer explained that while she would not mind having either ceremony if the opportunity comes, she is also perfectly comfortable if it does not happen.

“It’s not like I don’t want them or I like them so much,” she said, adding that she would welcome the ceremonies if they come her way but would not consider their absence a problem.

Instead, Lydia revealed that her biggest desire at the moment is to have children, saying motherhood is something she has always dreamed of and hopes to experience soon.

According to the singer, what matters most to her is finding a man who can be a present and supportive father to her children.

“If I can get a man to be a father to my children and he’s very understanding, respects me and communicates effectively then I’m good,” she said.

Lydia explained that she particularly wants her children to have a present father because she did not grow up with one herself. She pointed to fellow singer Sheebah as an example of what she would love for her own children.

“I can do anything for my kids but I also want their dad to be there,” she said.

The singer further noted that ceremonies are not the most important thing to her, arguing that if they meant that much to her, she would probably have already had one given that she has been in relationships before.

Looking ahead, Lydia also shared her hopes of having a big family. She said she would love to have twins, or possibly three children, if God blesses her with them.

“I would want twins but you know it’s God who gives them to us so I’ll have maybe like three kids from the same dad,” she said.
