• Kasuku says he told his wife never to question his whereabouts.
  • He discouraged phone calls checking on him unless he disappeared from TV for two days.

Media personality and YouTuber Isaac Katende Kasuku has sparked debate after revealing some of the strict rules he set at the start of his marriage.

Kasuku

Speaking about how he runs his home, Kasuku said he made his expectations clear to his wife from the very beginning of their relationship. According to him, one of the most important rules was that she should not question him about his movements.

Kasuku explained that he told his wife that asking where he had been or where he was coming from was something he did not want in his marriage. He said he grew up in an environment where he was constantly asked such questions, and he did not want to experience the same thing in his home.

“I told my wife from the beginning that she doesn’t have the authority to ask me where I’m coming from or where I have been.”

The former Spark TV presenter also said he discouraged frequent phone calls checking on his whereabouts. According to him, there was only one situation where it would make sense for his wife to call him.

“At that time I was working on TV. I told her that if you don’t see me on TV for two days, then you can call because maybe I’m dead.”

Kasuku also revealed another unusual rule in his home. He said he refused to keep his own house key because he prefers his wife to be the one opening the door for him whenever he returns, no matter the time.

He explained that the rules were not meant to create problems but to maintain peace in his marriage. However, his remarks have since sparked mixed reactions online, with many people debating how couples should handle trust, communication, and boundaries in marriage.
