Spice Diana has opened up about the one collaboration she regrets in her entire music career.

Speaking in a recent interview, the singer noted that while she is proud of most of her work and carefully chooses who she collaborates with, there is one project that left a sour taste.

“I don’t regret any of my collaborations because they all do well and I only do them because I want to. We also work together with the artists through it all,” she explained.

However, she singled out Gwokute Gwoba, her collaboration with Uncle Chumi, as a regrettable decision—one she even described as a “bad life decision.”

The remix of Gwokute Bwoba, originally by Uncle Chumi, was released last year and quickly gained massive popularity among fans, racking up impressive views and widespread support.

But things took a dramatic turn months later when Uncle Chumi went on TikTok and alleged that the remix had been done without her consent. She claimed that Spice Diana’s then-manager, Manager Rogers, had only contacted her regarding the video—something she said she couldn’t oppose given the song’s growing success.

Following the controversy, Spice Diana pulled down the Gwokute Gwoba video from her YouTube channel despite its strong performance.

Reflecting on the fallout, Spice Diana expressed her disappointment, noting that she had embraced and supported Uncle Chumi genuinely.

“When that happened, I first thought it was a stunt. I couldn’t believe it, I was so shocked,” she said.

When asked whether she would consider reconciling if Uncle Chumi apologized, Spice Diana made it clear that some lines, once crossed, cannot be undone.

“I welcome everyone the way they’ve come, but when one gives me a reason to feel like I shouldn’t have done it in the first place then that is off the table,” she stated, adding that the situation could have been handled privately instead of escalating online.
