Controversial Masaka-based businessman Emmanuel Lwasa has revealed how he wants his funeral to be conducted whenever he passes away, saying he wants it to be more of a celebration than a mourning ceremony.

Speaking during an interview with a local TikToker, the once flashy city tycoon said he expects to leave behind nearly 19 widows and more than 20 children.
According to Lwasa, most of his children are already financially stable and established in life, meaning they should not expect major inheritance battles over his wealth.
“I have many children and wives, but most of them are already rich and settled. They know how to survive even without depending on my property,” Lwasa said.

The businessman, who has recently faced public financial struggles that saw him reportedly sell some of his properties and luxury assets, insisted that he has managed to recover and replace nearly everything he lost.
Lwasa also shared details about how he wants his burial arrangements handled, saying he would prefer a three-day sendoff filled with food, entertainment and celebration.
“I want people to eat, drink and enjoy themselves for three days using everything I will leave behind,” Lwasa revealed.
However, he admitted that his family dynamics are complicated and doubts whether such plans would actually be respected.
“My family is complicated. They may not allow the burial to last that long,” he added.
On whether his widows would be free to remarry after his passing away, Lwasa said he would have no problem with it. He even joked that his first wife would not allow the others to remain at his home for long because of her strict personality.
The businessman further disclosed that he wishes to be buried in Masaka and not in Bulenga where he currently resides.
When asked about his official heir, Lwasa declined to reveal names, saying the person who will inherit his empire already knows themselves.
