- Kats slammed UNMF boss Eddy Kenzo, alleging the federation denied him help when Fille was sick but funded his rivals instead.
Renowned television presenter and events MC Edwin Katamba, popularly known as MC Kats, has revealed that singer Fille Mutoni is currently living in Rwanda, where she appears to have settled after previously relocating to France.

Speaking during an interview on Spark TV, Kats was asked about Fille’s whereabouts and whether she intends to return to Uganda to revive her music career. He explained that she first relocated to France before eventually returning to the region and settling in Rwanda.
Although uncertain about her musical plans, Kats said he was willing to work with her again if she decided to return to music.
“I cannot manage, I’m no longer her manager because she no longer does music,” Kats explained, adding that he would be open to resuming their professional journey if she wanted to make music again.

He clarified that they are no longer romantically involved and revealed that he is currently in a relationship with Jojo, whom he praised for taking good care of his children. According to Kats, Jojo deserves a wedding, although his financial situation has made organising one difficult.
He jokingly suggested that he would consider holding the wedding if someone secretly provided the money.
Kats also addressed his past association with Faith, saying he had decided to distance himself following allegations that he had infected her with HIV. He further alleged that drug abuse contributed to her deteriorating physical appearance, citing cocaine and crack as examples. He also linked Fille’s previous weight loss to alleged substance abuse.
The presenter further opened up about his longstanding disagreement with Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) president Eddy Kenzo.
Kats traced the disagreement to a period when Fille was critically ill and required treatment at an international hospital. He claimed he approached the federation for financial assistance but received no support despite having spent four months helping establish the organisation.
He expressed disappointment that when funding eventually became available, it was allegedly given to musicians opposed to the government.
Meanwhile, Kats revealed that he has ventured into agriculture, particularly poultry farming and coffee growing, as he explores opportunities beyond the entertainment industry.
