“You’ll organize a show at a certain venue and get teary eyes even before you perform for your fans,” he warned.

A Pass, however, noted that his own expectations are different, revealing that venues such as Kololo Airstrip and Lugogo Cricket Oval would not intimidate him.

“Those are small things for me,” he said, while acknowledging that the same may not necessarily apply to every artist.

According to A Pass, artists should feel free to dream as big as they want, but they also need to consider whether their current fan base can support those ambitions.

He emphasized that the problem is not dreaming big, but the results that come when an artist’s ambitions are not matched by the size and support of their audience.
