Tracy Melon has opened up about battling serious health complications this year, revealing that she deliberately chose not to share what she was going through with the public because speaking about it still brings her to tears.

Speaking to Galaxy TV, Tracy said she went through some of the most difficult months of her life but is grateful that she is now feeling much better and recovering well.
“I had quite difficult couple of months but I’m glad I feel better now,” she said, explaining that her health struggles were also the reason for her silence and absence from the public eye this year.
Tracy used her experience to urge people to be more kind and compassionate towards others, noting that it is impossible to know what someone could be dealing with behind closed doors.

“When you see people walking on the streets, be kind because when they go back to their rooms, everyone is battling with something,” she said.
She further pointed out that social media can make it difficult to understand what someone is truly experiencing, because people often only see the moments they choose to share online.
According to Tracy, someone could post a picture or video looking perfectly fine, yet the previous night they could have been fighting for their life and wondering whether they would wake up the following day.
She also called for more kindness towards people who have lost significant amounts of weight, using herself as an example. Tracy revealed that she has lost about 13 kilograms, but stressed that the weight loss was not intentional.
“It’s not because I wanted, but because of being in and out of hospital constantly,” she shared.
Tracy expressed gratitude to God for helping her through what she described as a very difficult period in her life. She said she is now feeling much better and is recovering well.
Her experience, she emphasized, is a reminder that people may be fighting battles that are invisible to everyone around them, making kindness and compassion important even when we do not know their stories.
