Ugandan singer Martha Mukisa has hit back at people who body-shame her, insisting that she is proud of her natural body and has no plans to change it because she feels beautiful and sexy.

While appearing on NRG Radio, the singer revealed that she has received numerous comments about her appearance over the years, particularly about her curvy figure and large breasts.
Mukisa said such comments have never made her insecure and that she would rather embrace the body she was naturally blessed with than undergo surgery to achieve a certain shape.
“What others are looking for is actually what I have.”

The singer said she has no problem with people who choose cosmetic procedures to achieve their desired bodies. However, she questioned why some people use such procedures as a reason to insult or undermine those who naturally have the bodies others are trying to achieve.
Mukisa also dismissed the idea of getting a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), saying she already has the Coca-Cola-shaped body that many people spend money trying to achieve.
She said she does not understand why society has increasingly started treating natural bodies as something that needs to be changed or improved.
The singer recalled one comment that stood out among the many remarks she has received. A fan suggested that Fresh Dairy should consider making her a brand ambassador, praising her body and saying she was a perfect fit for the brand.
Mukisa said the comment made her laugh but also reinforced her confidence in her appearance.
“I know that I am sexy, and there will never be a day when I feel insecure about myself.”
The singer maintained that she will continue embracing her body despite whatever critics say.
